The program is designed in six modules that are carried out in six weekly workshops. Every workshop consists of educational and practical part. The first part of each workshop begins with the reflection of each participant regarding their personal situation, experiences and challenges, and with the definition of several basic goals that the group expects from the workshop. You can learn the essential strategies and techniques needed to excel as a leader, ensuring that you navigate challenges with confidence and achieve remarkable results.
The number of participants is limited so that each participant can have individual approach. Participants can choose an individual module or participate in the entire program. A gift for every participant who completes the entire program, 2 follow-up online individual coaching sessions
