Personal Coaching
Personal coaching is the process of guiding and encouraging an individual to develop their personal skills and achieve their goals in their personal life. A personal coach helps the client to identify their goals, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, develop an action plan, and provide support throughout the goal-achieving process. The goal of personal coaching is to help the client achieve a higher level of personal awareness, self-confidence, and self-respect, as well as to develop a better strategy for managing their life.

Executive / Managerial Coaching
Executive/managerial coaching focuses on developing business skills and increasing effectiveness in the work environment. This form of coaching is used for developing leadership and managerial skills, as well as for assisting in solving business problems and improving performance. An executive coach assists the client in identifying their business goals, identifying obstacles, and developing strategies for overcoming them, as well as improving their leadership and communication skills. The aim of executive coaching is to help the client become a more effective leader, develop better time management, improve team collaboration, and achieve better results in business.

Although personal and executive coaching differ in their goals and focuses, both types of coaching use similar techniques, such as questioning that encourages self-reflection, goal-setting, and action planning, to help clients develop their skills and achieve their goals.

- The client needs to take time to do the work necessary to achieve the goals, and must commit to do the work, or will not have satisfactory results.
- Monthly review form is prepared on regular basis and discussed with client, that we can both know if there is a progress. If at any time one of us feels there is no benefiting, we will agree to end our relationship.
